Life Long Learning
Keeping Mind, Body and Spirit Engaged
Life Long Learning is the process of keeping mind, body and spirit engaged – at any age – by actively pursuing knowledge and experience. The Life Long Learning initiative on the Martin Luther Campus is a collection of coordinated arts and education programs designed to promote:
- Creative engagement: opportunity to imagine and to grow
- Individual expression: sharing ideas in a safe and supportive environment
- Community: working together to learn and to create
- Legacy: sharing and passing on the work created with loved ones
Spiritual Care
Honoring Diverse Spiritual Needs
Martin Luther Campus cares for residents and their loved ones by offering spiritual, religious, and emotional support in collaboration with the entire care team. Our goal is to honor and respect the diverse spiritual and religious backgrounds, practices, and needs of members of the community. Residents are encouraged to connect with our caring chaplains for ongoing support with specific spiritual or religious needs.
Aquatic Therapy
Benefit from water’s natural properties
Aquatic Therapy is a form of rehabilitation exercise performed in a warm pool environment, using water’s natural properties of buoyancy and resistance to benefit patients having difficulty with weight bearing activities.
