As part of our continuum of care, we offer high-quality long term care also known as skilled nursing level care. This care level is designed for those with serious or chronic health issues who need care around the clock. We feature an experienced, compassionate interdisciplinary care team that includes: nurses, therapists, dieticians, therapeutic recreation, spiritual care, life long learning, and social workers.
We are committed to our residents’ comfort and well-being, and we work with each person closely to develop an individualized care plan with this in mind.

Skilled Care with a Personal Touch
- 94 private and semi-private rooms, including 15 specially designated for our secure, skilled memory care neighborhood
- Individualized care plans developed with a team approach, with ongoing care conferences to personalize care
- Partnership with in-house physician/nurse practitioner care teams
- Team of social workers to provide family support, resources and to help answer questions related to care, financial coverage, and more
- Physical, occupational, speech and aquatic therapy on-site
- Therapy trained for specialized treatment of conditions including stroke recovery, pain, urinary incontinence, falls and muscle tightening
- Podiatry, dentistry, audiology, and optometry care on-site by appointment
- Pharmacist partnership to review patient medications
