Building Foundations of Caregiving: Understanding the Dementia Journey Series

April 14 @ 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm

Session 2: Building Foundations of Caregiving
A 3-part series

Join us for this second session in a three-part series: Understanding the Dementia Journey, presented in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association. Together, we are exploring key topics around dementia to help you better support a loved one, care for yourself as a caregiver, and respond with patience and understanding in our community. Whether you attend one session or all three, we hope you’ll gain practical tools, encouragement, and connection along the way.

This class explores the role of the caregiver and changes they may experience, how to build a support team and ways to manage caregiver stress.
